AAA CLINICS

Meet the people behind the standard.

A multidisciplinary team united by clinical precision, advanced education, and an uncompromising commitment to natural results.

Reza Akef, MD

Aesthetic Physician

Reza Akef, MD

Dr. Akef is a physician-level aesthetic practitioner with a clinical focus on non-surgical facial rejuvenation and anti-aging medicine. He brings an international perspective to his practice, having trained, taught, and performed as both a speaker and injector on the global stage, working alongside leading educators and institutions in aesthetic medicine.

His approach is built on one principle: results that respect the face. Rather than chasing trends, he works from anatomy outward, prioritizing structural balance, skin longevity, and outcomes that look like the patient, not the treatment.

At AAA Clinics, Dr. Akef applies that same standard to every patient, whether addressing early signs of aging or delivering advanced combination therapies. His patients benefit not only from his clinical precision, but from the broader knowledge of someone who trains other injectors, meaning his standard of care is one step above what most clinics offer.

The best result restores balance without revealing the treatment.
Dr. Hoss Zohoori, PhD

Operations Manager, AAA Clinics

Hoss Zohoori, PhD

Dr. Hoss Zohoori runs the operational infrastructure of AAA Clinics across two clinical branches — Toronto and North Vancouver — overseeing team management, technology systems, financial performance, marketing strategy, and vendor relations.

His path to aesthetic medicine operations is unconventional: a PhD in environmental science, field research across multiple continents, and a career built on turning complex, data-poor environments into functioning systems. That background is precisely what AAA Clinics runs on, standardized clinical protocols, CBAM-certified injectors, and patient experience systems engineered to produce consistent outcomes regardless of location or day of the week.

Dr. Zohoori also leads operations for the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM), managing national training standards and an annual congress that brings together Canada's leading aesthetic practitioners.

If it isn't measured, it isn't managed.
Dr. Nosrati, MD

Specialist Dermatologist & Aesthetic Dermatology Advisor

Ahmad Nosrati, MD, International Graduate Dermatologist

Dr. Nosrati completed his dermatology residency in Iran in 1994, accumulating decades of clinical practice across Iran and Dubai before bringing his expertise to Canada. With a career built across multiple countries and patient populations, he offers a depth of perspective that few practitioners in aesthetic dermatology can match.

In Canada, Dr. Nosrati channelled his experience into education — advising and teaching in aesthetic dermatology, with a focus on anti-aging and laser technologies. His contribution to AAA Clinics extends beyond direct patient care: as an advisor and educator, he raises the clinical bar for the entire team, ensuring treatments are grounded in dermatological science and decades of real-world results.

Experience matters most when it becomes a higher standard for everyone.
Hailey Mirsoltani, RN

Certified Registered Practical Nurse, Aesthetic Consultation Nurse

Hailey Mirsoltani, RN

Hailey has been working in medical aesthetics since 2018, and in that time has conducted thousands of patient consultations across a range of non-surgical treatments. That volume of face-to-face clinical work gives her something most consultants don't have: a calibrated eye for what patients actually need versus what they think they want.

Her approach is grounded in her nursing background, structured facial assessment, honest communication, and treatment planning built around patient safety and realistic outcomes rather than upselling. Patients consistently describe consultations with Hailey as the first time someone in a clinic genuinely listened to their concerns before proposing a solution.

At AAA Clinics, she bridges the gap between clinical capability and patient confidence, ensuring that every patient who walks in understands their options clearly, feels no pressure, and leaves with a plan that fits their face, their timeline, and their goals.

A good consultation begins with listening, not selling.
Azita Sharifyian

Certified Medical Aesthetician & Skin Specialist

Azita Sharifyian

Azita brings focused clinical expertise to skin health, not as a generalist, but as a specialist who reads skin the way a physician reads a chart. Her background spans facial rejuvenation, pigmentation, acne, scarring, and skin texture, with a treatment approach built around diagnosis first and protocols second.

Rather than applying standard packages, Azita builds each plan from the patient's skin reality, combining modalities like HydraFacial, microneedling, RF, IPL, chemical peels, and laser technologies only where the evidence supports it. She also holds expertise in trichology, extending her scope beyond the face to scalp and hair health.

Patients who see Azita consistently leave with a clearer understanding of their skin than when they arrived, and results that compound over time, not just on the day of treatment.

Healthy skin is not a quick fix. It is the result of the right plan, repeated well.
Jaimie Porter, RN

Board-Certified Nurse Injector

Jaimie Porter, RN

Jaimie Porter is a Registered Nurse and board-certified injector with the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine, with her clinical background built at Ideal Image Canada — one of the country's highest-volume aesthetic networks, where case variety and pace develop the kind of pattern recognition that takes years to build in a smaller setting.

Her injection philosophy is anatomy-first. Jaimie works from the structure of each face outward — reading what has changed, what the patient wants, and what will hold over time — rather than applying standard volumes to standard areas. The result is work that respects the face it's treating.

Every face has its own structure. The treatment should follow it, not replace it.
